While it is an immense privilege to join the OREIO executive, bringing value to the membership is what drives my ultimate objective. With a rich history of collaboration and shared learning, OREIO has always been a vibrant community where every voice matters & every contribution counts. My goal is to ensure that this rich tradition of value & quality continues to thrive.

Leveraging my background in engineering, corporate high-tech project management, and grassroots real estate, I plan to bring practical, actionable, and ethical insights and energy to the table. Whether through new initiatives, strengthening relationships, or fostering an environment of continuous learning via quality speakers, my aspiration is to ensure that OREIO remains the best resource for real estate investors in Ottawa, across the province & beyond.

My Story

My Canadian journey began 30 years ago when my wife and I moved from communist Europe to Canada, armed with two pieces of luggage, a dream, and unwavering determination. We successfully integrated into the Canadian life — my wife as a proud senior physiotherapist now, and myself as a 23-year veteran in high-tech and project management.

But my true "WHY" is my "Million $ Family"! We are blessed to have adopted both our beautiful kids from Korea. They are the spark that keeps feeding my motivation to pursue my goals with passion and purpose every day!

After years of grassroots education and growth, guided by professional mentors and friends, I started my commercial real estate investment firm in Ottawa. My focus is on risk-mitigated, value-add, long-term investing and community building in the Ottawa and Ontario markets. OREIO has been a significant part of my journey, offering opportunities that have been invaluable to my growth as an investor. Now it’s my opportunity to give back!
